1Tree Pro IS SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

2. Evaluation and Purchase

1Tree Pro is not free software. You may use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a FUNCTIONAL LIMITATION: CAN ONLY SEE THE 
RESOURCES SIZE FOR TOP 3 LEVELS. If you find it useful and want to cancel this limitation, you must buy the license.

3. Distribution of the Evaluation Version

You may copy the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish, and give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone, and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. But you should not charge or requesting donations for any such copies however made and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products without the author's written permission.


4. License Introduction

* 1Tree Pro is distributed as Shareware. You can freely download and try the evaluation version.
* 1Tree Pro provides the Single License (1 PC), Personal License (3 PCs), Home License (10 PCs), Team License (More than 10 PCs) and Enterprise License (More than 100 PCs) for your choice, please choose the appropriate license to meet your requirement.
* Single License (1 PC): licensed to yourself, you (individual) can use the licensed copy on your own 1 PC at most.
* Personal License (3 PCs): licensed to yourself, you (individual) can use the licensed copy on your own 3 PCs at most.
* Home License (10 PCs): licensed to your family, you and your family members can use the licensed copy on your own 10 PCs at most.
* Team License (More than 10 PCs): licensed to your organization or team, your organization/team members can use the licensed copy on your own 11~100 PCs at most.
* Enterprise License (More than 100 PCs): licensed to your organization, your organization members can use the licensed copy on your own 101+ PCs.
* IMPORTANT: your license information is stored on our server, so, if you refunded/charged back your payment, or placed a fraudulent order, you will lose your license always.
